Emmy came to us with a vision that was timeless: white florals, elegant touches, and a seamless flip from daytime vows to evening celebration. With the natural beauty of The Oaks as our backdrop, we got to work designing a decor plan that reflected her dream and elevated every corner of the venue.
The Ceremony: A Whimsical Outdoor Aisle with Classic Elegance
Under the clear blue sky, guests were welcomed to a serene outdoor ceremony. Emmy chose a round white floral arch, framed perfectly against the brick garden gate. The aisle was lined with white chairs and enhanced by artificial cherry blossom trees on both sides—adding just the right amount of softness and romance.
The Flip: From Garden Wedding to Evening Glam
As the ceremony transitioned to the reception, our team transformed the space under the tent into a lush and elegant reception scene. Emmy’s original floral arch was repurposed behind the sweetheart table, now adorned with lush greenery, rose clusters, and draped in soft, romantic florals.
We elevated the ambiance further with:
- Tall floral centerpieces brimming with white orchids and roses
- Matching linens and draping to set a soft, golden tone
- Additional cherry blossom trees flanking the sweetheart table, creating a picture-perfect focal point
